Yesterday hubs took Joel for his 2 year old checkup (whichw as overdued by 3 months). I was expecting him to give hubs a tough time cause he was screaming on the floor the last visit hence the need to reschedule.
Anyway, everyone is surprised at how well he behaved. Maybe motivated by hubs promising him french fries if he is a good boy..;) he is 13.7 kgs, and very tall (don't have the exact measurements). His development is good:
- he draws a straight line when asked, drawed a circle (though it is a bit mutated looking)
- picks up small beads with his pincher fingers
- stacks up blocks carefully and slowly
- able to say and mimic what people says. knows how to look for missing animal picture in previous pages..
but then, i guess he went there after 2 years old and i know he will have trouble if given this checkup was done on the dot 24 months. Nevertheless, i am proud of anything my little boy does! cause in my eyes, he is already perfect..:)

I wish Bailey would get taller! I think boith the boys are so cute! And Joel doesn't look like a a girl at all!
Grace: yea.. he is standing and trying to move by himself.. we call him the mutant cause the older bro was sooo slow..:)
